Terms and conditions

Here is a quick overview of our terms and conditions. Full details are available for account holders in the ‘My account’ area, or upon on request, and are also issued at the point of booking.

We understand that things can go wrong, so we always try to be helpful if you need to cancel or change your booking. We try to avoid charging cancellation fees if possible, so please talk to us as soon as you think there may be an issue. We have a number of ways to support our clients. For example, if poor weather causes issues we offer a free unruly weather alternative; if the original act won’t work in an indoor space artists can still perform. In general full payment is due no later than 30 days after the event, or in advance from clients or businesses based outside the UK. Safety is our priority, so we work to carefully compiled risk assessments to make sure that we provide only the fun kind of drama. Artists need a safe, secure environment, and appropriate rest, meal and rehearsal times. Our images must be used solely for publicity of our performances. This includes, web site, press releases, and programme information, posters; provided they are to advertise us, either directly or through an agency. If you need to use images for any other reason please get in touch first.
